Is there a long-term contract?

How fast do you respond?

What maintenance do you handle?

We fix minor issues immediately. For larger repairs, we coordinate everything and send you the budget for approval. Complex coordination and emergency interventions are billed separately based on time invested.

Are cleaning fees included in the 18%?

No, cleaning is charged separately but paid by the guest. It includes professional cleaning, fresh linen, towels, and all supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, etc.).

Do I need a license to rent my property?

Yes, you need a VV (vacation rental) license in Tenerife. We guide you through the entire legal compliance process including VV licenses, NRA certificates, insurance, and Guardia Civil registration.

When do I get paid?

Guests pay you directly through the booking platform. You receive the income first, then we invoice you for our 18% commission separately.
